the MolinoGroup and Poleroid Theatre present an original performance inspired by APATHY by Chris Goode – a new piece commissioned by Theatre Uncut to mark the 2015 UK General Election, directed by the award winning Bethany Pitts.
We will working with an ensemble of actors, writers and other artists over 72 hours to devise a unique response to this exciting new commission, centring on the apathetic approach to voting from 18 - 24 year olds as they are able to vote in their first general election.
Chris Goode “one of the most exciting talents working in Britain today” (Guardian) and “an extremely highly regarded alternative theatre maker” (Caroline McGinn, Time Out).
With special thanks to Paines Plough, the Old Red Lion Theatre and all involved for their time and generosity.
